When I started I thought, "what the hell?" I didn't think it was a poem at all and why write a poem like this? Does he think he is Kipling or something? And it turns out maybe you are! I really loved it - maybe even more so since I am an anthropologist. I am going to check out more of your stuff.

I don't know much about poetry, or the construction of poetry. I don't see this as a poem and I don't read it as a poem. But I very much like the ideas and feelings and underlying emotions. I know the feeling that can be felt by being passively aggressed against. I like your story very much - but I read it as a story rather than a poem.

This could turn out to be interesting. I think I will withhold judgment until I see a little more. This kind of fantasy story is getting kind of old, but if you can make it new and unique in some way you should be able to get a lot of readers. Let me know when you add to it - I would like to read more.

HaHa - Great! Brings back many memories. I enjoy stories that can bring back memories of High School in a way that I can truly relate to. Things that were serious then are still serious at this stage, but the humor in the situation can also be appreciated. I live it very much.

Excellent! Well written and insightful. I don't really know a lot about style, but I can't see anything wrong with this. I tend to review more on emotional or intellectual content. I also tend to give higher ratings when the content reflects my own tastes. (HaHa I'm a newbie - I know I shouldn't be that way - that's just the way it is!) However in your case I TOTALLY agree with your content. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and there are a lot of stupid men out there. Good job

Ethereal - I am very touched. You make me feel your anguish. The rhythm could be improved, but I get the feeling that you wrote the poem in a hurry. Maybe even intentionally hurried sounding. Anyway, I admire the way you can put your emotions on paper - I hope you write some more.
