I love it Ms. Stone! I remember having this experience.
This is the time of night where calmness or chaos can create creativity.
So much happens in the nighttime that is the morning,
To breath, to stand, and to listen... It makes that breath you take all the more satisfying.
The sound..... alone is soothing...
even if it is a consistent white noise or an ever changing orchestra,
it still is exhilarating.
The part where it says,"Rocking the world as it slept.... So quietly most has no idea", I would have used " have" instead of " has" it think it hits better. and also using a comma after " quietly". To me it sets the mood and the message at the end. So quietly, most have no idea... 2 am was the time to be alive.../ Whooo it give me chills!!!!
Nevertheless, Your words moved me and I can relate to it so much. around this time is were I truly at my best and it feels good to read a poem that expresses that! Thank you so much for sharing!

I love this! In just a few words it took me directly into the plot of a movie or show, or even into the mind of a soul who's country is going through a real uprising against the government. I'm eager for me. You should make a collection of Short excerpts like this and make the story interactive. It will give you a platform for fans to add to the story. THAT WOULD BE AWESOME!, WHO KNOWS WHAT THE OUTCOME COULD BE!
