166.46 May downpour*

May downpour

Wash away my outer pain,
moisturize my insides, slake it sane.
This downpour wakes all green grown greener,
makes my drooped eyes keener to your beauty.
Help me on this May Day.
Aidez-moi avec ma peur.
Cleanse the gutters of my fear.
Splash away the dust
and leave but slick clay mud
and rivers rising.
Moisturize my outside with this rain;
wash away my inner pain.
