| Lamentions3:25 The Lord is good unto them that wait for Him, to the soul that seeketh Him. God loves us, and wants us to seek Him everyday. He wants us to let Him know what is going on in our life. God wants us to spill out our hearts to Him. In good times and bad, God wants us to share our joys and our sorrows. God wants us to seek Him, in everything we do. He is our pilot, if we seek His guidance for our journey through life, we have hope through Him. Hope that we can make it through another day, and help others along the way. With God we have hope to make it through our daily trials and tribulations, now that is a comforting thought. God is my Hope The Lord is our greatest hope With daily things, He helps us cope He is our hope when everything seems lost He is our hope, when by storms we are tossed He is the hope that carries us through He is our hope, in everything we do When our world comes crashing down Jesus our Savior, can always be found When the rest of the world, has left our side Our tears and hurt, from Jesus we can't hide He is our best friend, how He loves us so He will be there regardless, that I truly know Jesus is our hope in life My best Friend is Jesus Christ |
| Romans 12:15 Rejoice with them that do rejoice, and weep with them that weep. Have you ever had someone share great news with you? Like a family member got saved, or there is a new baby on the way. Your immediate response is to rejoice in their happiness. To join in their excitement. Then there are times that we are told news of friends losing a loved one, or struck by a horrible illness. In these times we join them in weeping for their loss or illness. We are sharing in fellowship when we rejoice and weep with our friends and neighbors. Sharing a true expression of fellowship with one another, sharing one anothers pain and joy. In these times we can remember our friends and family in our prayers. To lift them up to God that He will take care of all their needs. Rejoice And Weep Together When someone is rejoicing Their happiness they are voicing Let us join them in their time of joy Their time of happiness don't destroy Let us join our brothers and sisters when they weep Pray that Jesus their broken hearts will keep Let us weep when others have experienced loss Their tears and sorrow let us not toss Share one another's rejoicing and weeping By doing this God's commandments we are keeping |
| John 20:29-31 29. Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed, blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed. 30. And many other signs truly did Jesus in the presence of his disciples, which are not written in this book. 31.But these are written, that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God: and that believing ye might have life through His name. Let us start our New Year by extending love to everyone, and telling the world of why Jesus Christ came. Let us tell the lost that Jesus came and died for our sins. That He arose on the third day, and went to His throne by His Father's side. Let us tell everyone that we meet about Jesus, and that by believing in Him they can have eternal life. This year let us spread love and cheer, and the wonderful story of Jesus' love for all. Recipe For A New Year Throw away all bitterness and hate Tell someone about Jesus before it's to late Clean out the thoughts of all jealousy Get rid of the concept it's all about me Add a little faith into the batch Add love for all that's a great match Put prayer as the main ingredient today Be cautious of all you do and say Add one part patience to all you do Add one part of forgiveness into the recipe too Add mercy, peace, and a lot of grace Remove envy and let love take it's place Add courage to tell others about God above That He sent Jesus to show His love Start each day with hope and add a smile Tell others of Jesus all the while Add a touch of good cheer, do a good deed Add a touch of compassion, help someone in need Add a touch of sacrifice, and a lot of joy Tell others of Jesus, some it may annoy Add a touch of love keep others in your prayers That they may accept Jesus, and give Him all their cares Take one day at a time, there is no promise of tomorrow Go to God's arms for comfort, when you are filled with sorrow Add a little sunshine to someone's day Tell them about Jesus along the way Mix all together and shake and blend Your recipe results with Jesus as your best Friend |

So much has happened this week, but I know Jesus will carry us through. My mother-in-law is still in critical condition. She has congestive heart failure, kidneys have completely shut down, and she is on a ventilator. God knows our heart and our prayers. We still have hope that God can send a miracle. When doctors can do no more, God can do anything. Please keep our family in your prayers. | Psalm 105 1O give thanks unto the LORD; call upon his name: make known his deeds among the people. 2Sing unto him, sing psalms unto him: talk ye of all his wondrous works. 3Glory ye in his holy name: let the heart of them rejoice that seek the LORD. 4Seek the LORD, and his strength: seek his face evermore Today, I am thankful that God saw fit for me to be able to go to church. To seek Him and to worship with others. To sing praise to His holy name, and to praise Him for all that He has done for us in our life. I am thankful that God allows me to be able to hear His word preached. That I can hear the birds sing, that I can hear the beautiful songs that are sung by others to praise Him. I am thankful for being able to join with others to worship together, and lift up God's name in praise. I am thankful that we can seek God, and hears when we call out to Him. I am thankful that He lets us hear comforting words that He sends down to us daily. Thank You Father for listening to our prayers, and letting us hear Your love for us sing out in our hearts. Father, Thank You for letting us be able to hear Your word be preached Thank You, for showing us by example the things that Jesus came to teach Thank You for letting us seek You each day That You hear our prayer all along the way Thank You for letting us sing praise to Your holy name That no matter what we may do wrong You love us all the same Thank You Father, for the wondrous works You perform for all to see Most of all Father, Thank You for sending Jesus Christ to set us free |
| Titus 2:14 Jesus Christ gave himself for us, that He might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works. As I reflect on this verse, it comes to my mind how much Jesus truly loves us. That He gave His life freely to die on the cross, so that all sinners who would accept Him would be redeemed from all iniquity. It is amazing that Jesus sacrificed so much, for a sinner such as I. That He knew we needed a Savior, He came to do His Father's will. Jesus Christ suffered pain, long suffering, rejection,beatings, and a cruel and agonizing death to save us from hell. Now that truly shows the love that He has for us. A lowly sinner that Jesus Christ, loved us enough to die so that we could go free. I praise God for loving us, and making a way that one day we can see Heaven's shores. Father, Thank You for sending Your only Son Jesus Christ to die for ALL sinners. I am grateful and praise God that Jesus took our place That by His love and sacrifice, we are saved by grace That He died upon the cross at Calvary To save a lost soul that was as lost as me I am Thankful that God saw our need to be saved He sent Jesus and the rest of the road He paved Father, Thank You, for Your wonderful love For sending the most wonderful gift from above |
| Isaiah 9:6 6For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. I wanted to share our Christmas Miracle that God bestowed upon our family this past week. Granted the greatest gift that we could ever receive is Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior. God knew that all sinners needed a Savior, so He sent His only Begotten Son Jesus Christ to save the world from sin. HAPPY BIRTHDAY JESUS! Our heating unit went out a week and half ago. There was no way to fix the unit, some parts are no longer sold. Our family was faced with having to buy a new unit. We did not have the money to replace the unit and it would take months to come up with the money to do so. In the mean time our daughter called on her way to class to tell us her car was making a horrible jerking sound. She got to class to take her finals, and stopped by the garage. Car was sitting on three flats, low profile tires hard to tell if they have air in them. Her rims were bent and tires were bubbling air out completely ruined basically. After finding all this out in the same week, I told a friend that we were going to ask God for a miracle for Christmas. I cried out to God in utter despair, telling Him of our need for a heating unit. I cried because so many things were happening in our life. So many problems and things going wrong. I prayed for God to give us a heating unit for Christmas because I knew that was the only way that it would get fixed soon. I prayed for God to let us to be able to find used rims for our daughters car, and to let us find some good used tires. The next day our church family knocked at the door, and told us they were going to put in a new unit. You talking about a family that was really shocked. God had answered our prayer 10 days before Christmas. Then we got a call from a couple at church that knew our daughter was having trouble with her car, they put a new set of tires on her car after we got the rims. God is just so AWESOME AND AMAZING. He has poured out blessings from the fountains of Heaven and truly blessed our family. So please remember when everything seems dark and impossible, with God all things are possible. He will move the mountains that block our path. To God be the Glory. Miracles do happen and God answers prayers everyday. If we believe and ask with an earnest heart, God will answer. I could not ask for anymore because God has provided our every need, He heard our plea and cries of despair and sent help right away. If you are facing uncertain times, call upon God He wants to hear from you right away. What does Christmas truly mean to you? Is it the gifts you receive? Or the good deeds you can do? Does Christmas mean finding the perfect present for family and friends? Going from store to store, where the shopping never ends? The true meaning of Christmas, is celebrating the greatest gift given to us all That God sent Jesus, He was the only answer to every sinner's call Let us make Christmas a time of giving To tell the lost that Jesus is still living That He gave His life because of His love for us Spread the news of Jesus and His love, so in Him others will place their trust When I think of Christmas Jesus is all I think of Jesus came and gave the greatest gift of love So instead of wanting to receive, let us think about what we can give By telling others of Jesus, and His love as long as we live We need to share the glorious story of Jesus' sacrafice When sinner's accept Him, they will be thankful for your advice So spread the news of God's gift of love So many will accept Jesus and secure their home above |
| Seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. Matthew 6:33 If we put God first in all that we do, and seek first the kingdom of God, everything else will fall into place. God will take care of all that we will ever need. He will make sure that our needs are met, not our wants. If we go to God in earnest pray for something, and believing we will receive, got will grant our prayer. Many times we have had our car quit and not have the money to fix it. We have prayed Lord, You know we don't have the money to have it fixed, please fix it Lord, please. We have went out and tried to start the car, and it fired right up. God can do anything, we just need to not limit what we think that He can do. By believing He can and will answer our prayers. This ole girl knows He is the greatest mechanic ever. Both on cars and lawnmowers. He is the best heating and air repairman I have ever seen. Our heat went out, and we didn't have the money to fix it. We prayed Father, please fix the heat, it is so cold and we don't have the money. We turned the heat back on, and the Lord had sent another miracle. The heat was working, and by the grace of God still is. I know there are many things that God has fixed, and believe you me I could right all day. I give God the praise and glory for EVERYTHING in our life. There are so many blessings that we have received. Yes I say we because of my family, God has greatly blessed us. We trust in Him no matter what, He has provided for us even before we were born, and I truly know He will continue until the day we go home to Him. So let us seek God first in all that we do, and believe and trust by faith, that He will take care of EVERYTHING ELSE. Let us seek God first, in everything we do in life By accepting and believing, in His Son Jesus Christ God has taken care of us, before we were even born He has mended our broken hearts when weary and worn Let us keep an open communication with God in prayer With the world, His mercy,grace, and love let us share To our Father in Heaven, let us have a strong connection To ask for Him to meet our needs, and pray for His protection This mission we need to strive to achieve Seek God His approval in everything receive God is full of love, compassion, and affection Seek Him first, He is the ONE who knows perfection |
| Acts 2:28 Thou has made known to me the ways of life; thou shalt make me full of joy. By accepting Jesus into our heart and life, we come to know His loving ways. By reading God's holy word, it is revealed to us the ways of life. How we are to live our life, by following the example of love that Jesus set for us to follow. With Jesus dwelling in our hearts, we experience a life full of joy, because we have been given the greatest love that has ever been offered. He stretched out His arms on the cross to show His love for all sinners. Jesus gave His life so that we could live. If we believe in Him, and accept Him as our Lord and Savior. God Gives Us Joy Lord, You have made known the ways of life That we can have eternal life through Jesus Christ Through You, our life can be filled with joy By experiencing Your love, and witnessing Your glory Thank You, for sending Your only begotten Son So that all sinners could be saved, Your will was done Thank You, that Jesus arose on the third day Through His blood our sins are washed away Thank You, for the love that You have given me Thank You Father, for setting our soul free |
| Hebrews 3:13 But exhort one another daily, while it is called today; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin. Let us be thankful that God has let us wake up to see another beautiful day. It is a gift from God, for us to open our eyes each morning and be able to breathe. Let us take each day that we are given and submit to God's will in full trust and obedience. To tell others of God's love, how He sent His only Son Jesus Christ, to die for our sins. In love and kindness may we encourage others to remain obedient, that we might enjoy fellowship with God. God wants us to enjoy peace and love, and to tell others of His glory. Lord Be My Guide Dear God, in heaven we want to be an obedient servant Your plans for our life we want to be observant We want to let you be our Guide To show others Your love that we feel inside We want to do Your blessed will To tell others Jesus paid all sinners bill Dear Father, we want to go where you send We want to do Your will until the end Forgive us when we fail to do The things You need us to |
