had over 1,200 entries and that was getting close to full. I don't want to trim it by deletion. I did that once, much to my dismay. Will be used more for poetry.
Watt's Gnus (18+) On topics and today's gnus. Definitely opinionated. Set to 18+ for a reason. #1439092 by Kåre เลียม Enga
come out of a need to share interesting stuff I come across. When I was young I did a small newsletter named as such. (or was it column in the newsletter? Been 30 years... I think.)
is where I put my flash fictions. Maybe someday I'll figure it out and have enough good ones to publish. Ratings vary and some are hidden from view.
I've started an appendix (I no longer have one personally) to keep track of my Space Cadet journals for Space Blog. It's a work constantly under construction. Mind the mess.
Blogville (XGC) Where bloggers meet and greet to read and share. No required prompt. Alias: blogville. #2253938 by Kåre เลียม Enga
is for posting personal blog entries in hope that folks will comment and post their blog entries there as well. I will be commenting on all blog entries posted. It's my effort to rebuild a blogging community.
Lots of things checked . That's good, right? Or did you just list those checked? Doesn't matter. Sounds like reasonably good trip. Relax now and recover.
At least the Lions made it forward. The first time since 1991.
It was a winter 80 here with cool shadows. Started with rain by the shore that washed out to sea. The sun tried to dodge the clouds all day, but it was a losing battle. Did flash green as it ducked goodbye heading your way.
SandraLynn You capture the purpose of this blog. Balance is elusive for me. If I'm depressed I can see my accomplishments. If I'm smug I can see the pain. If I think I haven't lived... I must admit that I once was alive.
Ah, this is life, the mundane mixed with moments of wonder. We need to eat so ,we think about it, prepare for it, do it. We need to socialize so, we seek it out wherever we can find it. Sometimes, we need to wander without any goals or purpose. We observe. We marvel. We breathe. Not everything requires scheduling.
One advantage of not being part of a blog challenge is that I don't have to respond to the prompt if I don't choose to. Today is one of those days. I did comment on other people's blogs... but I try to do that daily.
So without a prompt, what does one write about?
1. It's sunny at the moment! A real gift in November here. We tend to get grey due to inversion in the valley. Eastern Montana may be bitter cold at times but they have sunshine. I'll walk to the Winter Market.
2. There's an important football game today in town. I may listen to it, might even watch some if I remember. I had season tickets a decade ago but ticket prices have soared and the fan base seems to be more interested in drinking than participating in the game.
3. I slug along with photos from my last trip. I realize that I need to look at other trips as well. So much to do. Were I to choose the best 100 I could print up a book to give to friends or make it available for purchase. I have thousands to choose from. Some are quite good.
4. I could write postcards. I bought some cheap. All I'd have to do is write one a day... and send them to friends near and far. Most of the ones I sent from Europe have been received. 4 are still missing.
5. I should look into crossing the Atlantic by cruise ship. May be cheaper than a flight, less exhausting and more comfortable. Unlike working people and businessmen, I have the time.
Well, that's a list of 5. Queen Scarlet would be pleased with me.
