I checked the map and you're right - Kingston's much too far for an easy there-and-back. I'm glad you got to participate at Eden Mills, though.

I used to belong to writer's groups here and have fond memories of readings elsewhere; but that was so long ago.

I don't know if you remember me blogging about this, but Vic's dad had Alzheimer's, and it was 7 years of him just being an empty shell. Vic's mother is in the mid stages where she's violent and combative, Vic ended up placing her in a home because she was hurting the caretakers who were staying in her home with her. I worry about Vic because he is forgetful more and more, his grandparents and his parents all had some form of dementia.

Oh, this is a more difficult prompt. I have left it late and that makes it even more of a challenge to figure something out.

I will say that I am doing the Destination: Goal Zone. I have been blogging in January and February as well as staying on top of most of my goals for each of those months. That is my success of late.
