| PROMPT May 20th If you were able to live to the age of 90 and retain either the mind or body of a 30-year-old for the last 60 years of your life, which would you choose? I’d have to choose the body, because I think that my mind at aged 75 is better now than it was at thirty. I know so much more now than I did then. I did like my thirty year old body though. No aches and pains and it was strong. That was what a I liked about it, the strength. I could shift heavy furniture, carry two babies at the same time and still have energy to socialise. I could drink alcohol and recover really well. Unlike now when my old body tells me off if I drink more than a glass or two of wine. |
