I saw a couple walking
She had a limp and used a cane
He was a broad shouldered
gentleman
Who matched her stride for stride
They were married
They were lovers
In love with each other
But not that you could really tell
But they did
Because he stayed by her side
and didn't leave her
when she was fallen.
