Wendy wants to share the Dictaphone with Vanessa

Wendy thought about rushing over and swiping that Dictaphone from Vanessa, but she knew that Vanessa would get upset and just grab it from her.

Wendy thought about sneaking over and taking the Dictaphone once Vanessa's attention was elsewhere, however given what the Dictaphone could do, Wendy knew that Vanessa was never going to let it out of her sight.

Wendy went with her third option.

"That's so cool!" Wendy exclaimed as she walked over to the table.

"What?" Vanessa asked as she looked at her little sister.

"I saw you use that Dictaphone to more money! That thing can do anything!"

Vanessa's eyes widened. Wendy had seen her use the Dictaphone. Vanessa didn't want Wendy knowing about it. Vanessa raised the device to her mouth, ready to make Wendy forget about it.

"Let's share that Dictaphone!" Wendy blurted out.

Vanessa paused. "What?" she asked.

"Let's share that Dictaphone!" Wendy repeated. "We hardly ever share things, Vanessa. Both Barnes sisters having a device that can alter reality sounds way more fun than just one of us having it. If only one of us had it, it would only be a matter of time before we'd just fighting over it."

Wendy didn't really know what she was saying. She just prayed that Vanessa would let her use the Dictaphone.

Vanessa thought for a moment. Sharing the Dictaphone with Wendy? Now that Wendy knew of what the Dictaphone could do, Vanessa was certain that her little sister would pester her for it. Vanessa did admit that Wendy was right. The sisters would fight over the Dictaphone, and Vanessa didn't want to do that.

Eventually, Vanessa had her answer.
