On the way there, Bruce noticed something out of the corner of his eye. It looked like the witch Circe was transforming innocent civilians into beastiamorphs. Bruce knew he needed to stop it, but he also could not let Killer Frost steal the equipment. Bruce knew he had to stop Circe now, so he called someone he knew could stop Killer Frost.
