The Restoration Unit: The organization's scientists and magicians attempt to restore the changed people using all their means.

The rehabilitation unit: If a person is unable to return to their initial state or can only partially return to their previous state, an attempt is made to accommodate the person to their new life, or to return part of their mind to its normal form.

The relocation unit: some changed ones who are unable to return to their normal form, and/or be rehabilitated, are placed in some positions in the agency, so that they are useful.
