Captain of her school's wrestling team growing up, Billy Hedgewick grew up the talk of her home town, with her parents working at a scientific institute and earning a fortune for her. She sought a future career as an professional wrestler, and made a name for herself as "Billy Hardhead", using her head to protect her from heavy blows. What she failed to learn however was that the sport was scripted, and after winning one too many matches without following the script she found herself a pariah in her local circuit.
Things changed for her when a goat escaped from the institute that her parents worked at. The only one capable of wrestling it down, she was bit in the process and wound up being put through agonizing pain because of the radiation that was coming off from it. Over the next few days, her body changed heavily from the radiation, incorporating the DNA of rams and goats into her very bloodstream. Her feet became hooves, she formed a single horn on her head (which eventually broke off leaving a flat stump), and she got stronger. Way stronger, to the point she could break through steel plating with a single swing.
Too strong for regular people, Billy holds back during the day as a wrestler in the local circuit, and sometimes hanging out with her two gal pals Melanie and Sally. During the night however, she dons her wrestler persona and hires herself out as a mercenary. While this involves committing crimes such as larceny and assault, she does not do it for money or fame but rather to keep herself on the path of getting stronger. However, she's hit a plateau and is starting to eat out her struggles...
Lost Lenore
Civilian Name: Lenore Poe

Lenore Poe was the secret daughter of Edgar Allen Poe, raised over 160 years ago by the writer until his death by mysterious circumstances. Living her whole life trying to figure out why her father vanished, Lenore turned to witchcraft and summoned the devil Dorian Gray to try to learn out why. She got what she wished for, but in exchange her body was made forefit, and her soul was bound to a painting.
Over the next century, Lenore watched the outside world change over time, developing technologies that she had never seen and witnessing major events such as the Civil War and both World Wars as an inanimate, but sentient painting. When the Delta Event occurred however, it reacted supernaturally with the painting, causing it to burst into flames while leaving the frame okay. The spirit of Lenore was free once more onto the world, with her spirit now inhabiting any and all pieces of art that she could reach.
Due to her curse however, she is bound to obey whoever carries the frame that her original painting once held. In the present day, the owners are the San Diego Outfit, a crime family held within the coastal city who use her as a maid and bodyguard to their hefty headmistress Astra Recarn. Under service to this fat crime boss, she finds herself questioning her own body, and wanting a bit of softness of her own that she was unable to get in life...
Hold'em
Civillian Name: Harry Masters

Harry Masters is one of those classic minions, reliable and expendable at the same time. The only member of his family without powers from Metagenes, Harry was always jealous about what his family was capable of, especially when it came to his brother, the Rainbow Pistol and his pistol shrimp-like claw. To try to accommodate for his weaknesses he relied on learning a lot about how to manipulate people through games of chance, in order to scam people.
However, one day he tried to scam Celebrant at one of her parties, and he tried to cheat when she could see through it. Needless to say, she didn't take the cheating kindly, and he found himself sent straight into prison when a brawl escalated between the two. While recovering, he was fed up with all of these heroes flaunting their wealth and just wanted to tear it all down. After bail was paid, he disappeared for a year to hone his craft, and to make a deck of cards made of razor-sharp steel so that when he returned he'd be ready.
When he re-emerged he became Hold'em, a literal card-carrying villain. Using his set to threaten people and commit crimes, he made his goal out to be ridding the various heroes of the world of their money and their reputation, no matter how many times he had to go to jail because of it. Living in constant fear of death by a super's hands however have caused him to binge hard, which has started to affect his waistline in a way he's not really a fan of...
Pufferfish
Civilian Names: Yuki and Kawa Yoshida
Age: 20 (both)
Height/Weight (Yuki): 5'0"/400 lbs.
Height/Weight (Kawa): 6'5"/190 lbs.
Origin: Cyberhacking Couple
A pair of recently wed Japanese-American people, the couple of Yuki and Kawa Yoshida are a unique duo of criminals who first met while part of a heist attempt on one of the Power Lounge's computer databases for use by Spotlight. Hitting it off together during the first meeting, they quickly got together due to a shared interest in watching people bloat up immensely, whether that be by air or by fat.
The couple consists of two women. Yuki works on the field and carries with her two different drones to protect herself, one using a calorie formula to forcefeed individuals, and the other to create a flashbang effect to let her lardy ass run away. Kawa meanwhile works from behind a screen at home, hacking into systems and causing weighty chaos for everyone on the floor. Together, they share the villainous persona of the Pufferfish... though Yuki's the face due to actually being out there.
That latter fact is kind of why Kawa is acting feedee to Yuki's feeder, as they want it to appear to the public that the Pufferfish is a huge criminal willing to make the rest of the city even bigger than they are. However, with Yuki's public life starting to come under scrutiny, Kawa is finding herself having to go on the field for once instead of her pudgier life partner. Perhaps this will lead to the tables turning for her?
