Shakespearean sonnet for The Perfect Sonnet Contest - Round 9. |
| To strive the course and guide young minds, in all. And see their heart's desire, be there with joy. Faithful ever present kindness, stand tall And know love holds the key of girl and boy. Parent little ones, you adore always. Know time will take and lead them forth in love. Behold and see their love does shine all days And nights they know you watch their dreams above. And as they grow and pass into their own; Know that they hold your love in truth and trust. They will bring forth that gem without moan And steer it home with love, in this they must. For always a parent you will now be, Your child will grow up exponentially.
