ROLLY POLLI'S SKI ADVENTURE

Arriving at the ski resort
Rolly couldn't wait to try
To climb up in a chairlift
And be taken to the sky!

monty greeted him
And helped him get in his gear;
Rolly was so excited -
He'd waited for this all year!

Once at the top of the mountain
With the ski resort far below,
Rolly had some second thoughts
But it was to late not to go.

So off he flew into the air,
Down the mountainside;
Secretly he wished that he
Was safely back inside!

The skis began to go one way
While Rolly went on another,
He fell in snow up to his ears
And thought that he might smother!

Monty came and pulled him out,
Glad that he was all right;
They headed for the comfort
Of the fireplace that night.

"I'm off to the North Pole next"
Rollie said with a grin -
"But I've had a great adventure
And someday I'll be back again!"
