I love dogs and I have a little Yorkie and a Fyst, they are spoiled rotten but I just adore them they have been a blessing to me in my life. No one could compete with the affection I get from them.
They are both beautiful dogs and well behaved. Your poem also reminds me of Murphy, my Beagle I used to have and no longer do. I miss him, beagles are great dogs.

I live in Kentucky now though, but I understand you being homesick, as My dad was in the military and we moved very often about every 3 years.

Where is my cake? this is a fitting and an appropriate title for your little sample of work. I thought that this was a unique and very well written item.
