What I Love about your work: Hi, my name is Mare.I found your piece to be very interesting. It's rare to come across writing that talks about God. I commend you for this.

Why I could relate to your work: I grew up with God in my life. I've strayed time and time again. I've disappointed myself. How right you are about Satan. He often comes in the form of light. Deceiving yet brilliant.

My suggestions: I have no suggestions to make this piece any better. You have gotten your point across very clearly.

Any noticeable typos: None that I am aware of.

In Conclusion: Again, I applaud you for being able to describe God and Jesus and the peacefulness we find with Him. It was refreshing to read. Great job.

Review of Dandelion Run

What I Love about your work: Funny how I randomly chose your work! Well, at least we could see if this template thing works. It was a very engaging story. I was confused at first with her fear of dandelions. Then, I thought about an anxiety disorder, which I could totally relate.

Why I could relate to your work: Well, not to be redundant, I have depression issues, and like I said above, I can relate. Anxiety issues are a horrible thing to deal with. I was put on the right medications, and it's made my life so much better.

My suggestions: I don't have any particular suggestions as I'm used to writing in the third person. Not a dialogue type. But, when I read pieces like yours, it helps me to learn.

Any noticeable typos: Very small, but I see it was a contest entry, so I know how those work.

In Conclusion: I noticed her running helps to alleviate her anxiety as well. Any physical activity triggers those natural endorphins. To me, you take away a lesson. Along with medication, you can help yourself in other ways as well.

That was so engaging. I just had to read it to the end! It was like Titanic, but with women taking the place of Jack? If I understood correctly? I love how independent and fearless they were. Not common among that type of "class". We need more women like that. Thank you for a really awesome read!

Wow! This poem resonates with me. I'm a Christian and often think about life after death. It scares me, but I know if I believe, I shouldn't be scared. My favorite Bible quote is John 3:16. The Old Testament is so different from the New Testament, which to me is a contradiction. But, I suppose we'll never know!

Poems like these make me melt, and envious. A lot of people may feel this a few times in their lives, but for some reason or another, it fades and you can't ever get it back. Yes, I'm being somewhat morbid, but I recently wrote a short story about love and romance. Life changes views and feelings that are often pessimistic. Why am I telling you this? Because you have written a beautiful poem that describes what each of us has felt at one time or another.

This resonated with me as my dad had cancer and died at the age of 35. But, that was back in 1977 where technology was much more limited than today. If this is true, I send you strength, love, hope and prayers. Cancer sucks, and I truly hope in my lifetime, we will see a cure.

What a beautiful poem that resonates with pretty much everyone. In my opinion, it's very difficult to love yourself. It may seem too prideful to some and to others, they just don't like themselves. It's a good reminder to everyone that you must learn to love yourself to truly move on with your life. Beautifully written.

This story reminded me of my mother and grandmother. Both were married at the age of 19. My mom went on to have 4 kids. My Nana had 2. My mom was happiest with my dad, but their happiness was cut short after he got cancer at the age of 35 and passed 8 months later. I believe that they would still be married today if he had lived. My grandmother stayed married for over 50 years until they both passed. I feel the same way. If you love someone, it doesn't matter the age. Only your happiness. Thanks for the walk down memory lane!

Wow, I wasn't expecting THAT!! What a funny story. As newlyweds, I could imagine their difficulty abstaining. However, breaking their abstinence right there in the store definitely took me by surprise. I couldn't do that for sure, but, believe it or not, I applaud the boldness. Really cute story!
