Jack Edward has written business manuals and procedures during his 30 year career in Hotels and Restaurants. For several months Jack wrote a weekly article in a Louisiana Entertainment magazine. Since his retirement He has worked on humorous stories of his life in the Hotel business and more recently on Fiction.
