This is where I write my thoughts, feelings and my daily trials, tribulations and happy things

| I feel I’ve had a successful day if I’ve done something to improve someone else’s day. A feeling of success can be generated from the smallest of things, such as cooking a meal everyone enjoyed. My biggest success has been overcoming breast cancer and all the treatment over the last six months. The whole experience has made me look at life with a slightly different slant, everything is viewed from a different perspective. Each day is filled with the possibilities for success, finishing a story, winning a contest or getting a nice review, they all count as successes if they make you feel good. I finished a whole year of the Contest Challenge! That was a real success as far as I was concerned. There were many that were out of my comfort zone, e.g. poetry. |
