Not sure how Lefoy got his hands on it, but what did it do?

Alpha Chad
He now produces pheromones that make girls want him and men want to be him. It has the neat side effect of promoting muscle growth.

Perceived Reality
He now has psychic abilities and can alter the way a person perceives reality. Not reality itself, just the way they percieve it.

While he can only use it on one person at a time at first, he can affect the perception of entire groups with practise.
