Adam was slightly dazed from being tossed around as a tennis ball. He was just about to shapeshift when he heard another voice, “Aha! There’s the last one!” Vicky’s Mom (Heather) bent down to pick Adam’s tennis ball body and placed him into a tube of other tennis balls. She sealed the top and started heading for the door. Adam noticed Heather was wearing a tennis skirt and had a racquet. Adam thought about shapeshifting out of the situation, but because he was sealed tight with the other tennis balls, there was no room to shapeshift.
20 minutes later, Adam was pulled out and thrown into the air. Heather’s tennis racquet slammed into him and his tennis ball body flew across the net. He was spinning and bouncing so fast that he couldn’t see much of anything. Every time the racquet hit his body, he spun in another direction.
What seemed like an eternity of being hit back and forth, Adam could finally tell his body came to a stop from rolling. His blurred vision began to come back and he noticed he rolled up to Heather’s gym bag and purse. Next to Heather’s purse was the tube of tennis balls. Adam didn’t want to risk being shoved back into the tightly sealed tennis ball container. He had a chance to shapeshift again and was sick of being a tennis ball. He knew the best way to get home was to shapeshift into something and jump in Heather’s purse or gym bag. That way, Heather would take him home with her. He could relax after being tossed back and forth as a tennis ball. He decided to shapeshift into…
