Quietus is a member of the Ortois, a race of anthropomorphic turtles. The origin of their race has been lost over time, even to the Ortois themselves. But they have always been allies to the Roman people, even in the days of the Republic.

Quietus (whom you simply call “Q”) has an inventiveness that would rival Archimedes himself. Q is a bit too long in the tooth to go on a mission himself, but you definitely want access to his workshop and any devices he might have crafted.

Q agrees to meet you and whomever you bring at his workshop tomorrow afternoon. Satisfied, you continue recruiting your team.
