It had only been a year since Valery took to the sea. She had become a pirate, wanting to live a life of freedom.
Her small hands held the steering wheel of the ship. She felt the ocean breeze swish her neck long black hair around. Her sharp blue eyes looked into the distant waters ahead. She was very slim, a flat stomach, very little curves, her breasts were only big enough for the minimal amount of cleavage. She tan coloured pants down to her ankles, help in place by a leather belt. Her short black covered her torso, with an orange bandana wrapped around one of her sleeves.
Her peace was interrupted by the sounds of boots approaching her. It was Jasmine, an African-American with buoyant blonde hair down to her back and was only slight curvier then Valery. She was also her first mate and navigator. At this point, her ship had ten crew mates, not including herself.
"Captain Valery," Jasmine said, "we need to discuss what out next destination will be."
"Your right," Valery replied, "we can't mindlessly sail around forever. What did you have in mind?"
Showing the map, Valery and Jasmine took note of the notable destinations.
"There is an island where a large city resides in, called Shalmura. It's known for its resources and trading with other countries. It also ruled by a royal family, a Princess who has just come into power." Valery places a marker on the map.
"Another island nearby seems to have no civilization, but has many large ruins. I believe it's the one mentioned in that book I told you about. The one about the wealthy and powerful sorceress." That was option two.
Valery chimed in. "There was also that story about a legendary pirate, captain Lily, who supposedly found something people thought was a myth. We're near the Island where she was last spotted, there's a bay we can dock at?"
Then another idea came to her. "There is also there." Valery pointed to a park if the map that was completely black. "It's considered one of the most dangerous parts of these waters. Many ships went there, only to never be heard from again. Who knows what's there. At the very least, there will ships and plenty of treasure litering the sea bed."
Those were the four options they had. Though perhaps there might be more.
