Thanks for sharing. As an author you are successful in building the story line that involved birds. Dialogues build the story and carry along with them the essence of the story. With two human characters and a number of birds you have successfully written a mystery story that maintains the suspense right from the beginning to the end. Thanks for sharing. As a reader, I could understand how the trees feel and how very few humans understand their feelings. The author has strongly emphasized the truth that nature may one day revenge for the deeds of human through trees. The story moves like a smooth stream and the author has successfully maintained a specific rhythm from the beginning till the end. But, life turns into different layers of meaning when we face our lives at the worst. The situation in this story may be alien to a reader like me, yet, as a reader could feel the emotional bond that exist between a mother and her daughter that tells mothers are same around the world. The story has a scary ending that may take some seconds to accept the truth.

Thanks for sharing an in depth study on parenting. It is true bringing up children is more challenging than giving birth to children. The author has brilliantly showcased the emotional bonding and the expectations of a mother toward her adopted children for the pain of not able to give birth to a child of her own is something that could not be expressed well for others to understand. The struggles and the pain that the author experienced during her parenting must be an eye opener to other parents also.
