What part I liked best: Write a garden poem. Write a poem about a doll. I love dolls and this would work for me. Write a poem using a Disney Character. There are so many. Poems can be short or as long as you want. This is helpful. The member can decide the length. I was wondering about the type of poetry form to use for these poetry prompts.

First Impression: I like sand castles and beaches. This got my attention so I thought I would read this and give you my views as I got lost in the ocean and my imagination. Poseidon. I like that part as well. Ocean roars. So, I am ready and here are my thoughts.
What needs your attention: I was hoping you would see a dolphin swimming pass. Maybe a boat sailing past. The focus was on sand castle and the beach so I get this. I smiled.
The part I liked best: The open ocean roars in dragon's garb of green. I like the dragon reference. Turrets and oysters. Were thee any pearls? The call of retreat. The castle falls. Too bad sand castles don't last. A warrior guise. Good call. I feel like I was there. Some lovely reflections.

First Impression: 2023. We hope each year will be better. After 2020, the years haven't been good. I wanted to read this and see what you had to say. The calendar has turned it's page. A new year released from it's cage. These lines invited me to read this poem. Tempests and storms. That's what the years. My interest is peaked so I am reading this and giving you my thoughts.
What needs your attention: I was hoping to see something written about 2020 and how things worked out up to now. Writing about 2023 is the subject so I guess we forget the past years and go forward.
What part I liked best: I'd still have journeyed to the end enjoying every twist and bend. To one promise, I am true to always embrace what is new. Tomorrow, it will all be gone yet I will still be moving on. I like these lines. Some god reflections and we do move forward.

First Impression: I am a Diet Pepsi Addict. I know people love coffee. I like to read why people love coffee and what makes them tick. I saw this and smiled. I thought alright. I will read do. I can get in tune with this. I awake to the fragrant air that welcomes me everyday. I thought I will read this. I will give my views.
What needs your attention: Do you like chocolate in your coffee, sugar and cream or just like it straight? I was curious about this part.
What part I liked best: It's a promise of what will be there. Coffee does that for you. Drinking coffee to stay sane. Good call. My mood is sponsored by coffee. First Impression: Journey. It can be a trip or about life and issues we encounter. This is about autumn and a forest and walking along the path. This is cheery and friendly as well as warm and invites the reader in. I wanted to read this. I feel like I am entering a forest and I had to see what awaits me. The path meanders through the changing wood. I like this line. I am on a journey with this poem and want to give you my observations.
What needs your attention: I was hoping to see a stanza with squirrels, deer, birds or some other forest animals visiting. I love animals. Everything else falls into place.

First Impression: This is a poem about love and I am a hopeless romantic. I decided to give this a shot. I read the opening lines. First kiss, fulfillment, heart's promise. I wanted to read more so I gave it a looksie and read it. I will share my observations with you. Hang on.
What needs your attention: I think this poem could us two more stanzas. How long did the man know her before this moment of the kiss? Had she been true to him all along or were they just dating as friends?? Tell about his intentions of how the romance will play out. A rhyme pattern could balance this out. Structured, free verse is always nice as well.
What part I liked best: The first kiss. The kiss didn't disappoint him or her it seems. In passion, love is usually found. He thinks love is impossible but looks like at the end of the poem, he has changed his mind. I like anything about love.

First Impression: Visiting seals and city by the bay. An outing and looks lost a kid got lost so I decided to read more. The beauty of the place. There are so many beautiful places to see in America and everywhere it seems. I decided to give my observations.
What needs your attention: Is this in California? I wasn't sure. I have never been to California so wasn't sure. I think everything else checks out well in this story.
What part I liked best: Not you aren't allowed to harass the seals. I love seals and all animals. Traveling on a trolley car. A cable car. I could imagine the scenery in this.
Overall Impression: It is panic when your kid isn't with you in a crowded place and if she or he isn't with you on a cable car, you worry someone has taken them or you won't see them. You hope someone will be nice to your child. I panic when losing my kid in a toy store when he was little. Two teenage boys found him for me. I get this.
