I'm really bad at blogs, but.... here goes! My name is Tricia from Wichita, KS. I was diagnosed with juvenile myoclonic epilepsy and used poetry, mainly, to help myself cope with it. During my junior year in high school, my english teacher suggested that I take it to the next level and enter my poetry into various local contests. I had my poems published in an array of different literary magazines and newspapers. So, here I am, trying to get my poems to a level where I can get them published.
