I think maybe a supporting role to the main character would be a good one. This way you can still enjoy a little of the spotlight without getting all of it.

The media tell us that words are violence. Is it surprising that there are those who think violence is an appropriate response to words they hate to hear?

I also go through a lot of cheese out home ranging from cheddar, feta and string cheese (mozzarella) plus enjoy others. Only problem is that I have a minor allergy to something in dairy. Oops.

We can either Knock, knock, knock on heaven's door or the one to getting older. Hmm! I have decided to try to view aging in a positive light. Yeah, the body deteriorates as we age. That's not too fun, but if every day is a gift and a new adventure. Then why not embrace it? Just saying.

Knocking on 50's door!

I remember taking my oldest son when he was not quite one for breakfast. He grabbed the milk and when I went to reach for it he threw it. The man in the next booth wasn't amused at all. The man yelled and my son cried every time after that when we go to McDonalds. We've had many different experiences over the years with our children and our grandchildren.

A story I’ve been told

PROMPT November 20th

In your blog tonight/today, write about a story you've been told, or use a newscast story and CREATE a conspiracy theory. Tell us why you chose this subject, and of course, provide 'evidence' that your theory could be rooted in truth.

My Dad used to like to tell people how I would act out the story of David and Goliath when I was 3 years old. I would act out taking food to my brothers in the battle against the Philistines. I would go through the motions of being surprised to see the giant. I would act like I went to the king and tried on his armor and then act like I collected 5 smooth stones. I would get ready to face the giant.

Then dad would ask me, What did the giant say?

“Fe Fi Fo Fum!”

I wonder what other story he had been telling me. 🤔
