| Revelation 22:13 I am the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and last. Have you ever given thought that a time will come, when we no longer live on this earth? We will either die, or Jesus will return. That makes me think of the meaning of eternal life. Just like God is the beginning, Alpha, and one day there will be an end due to the coming of Jesus Christ. He will return and take His children home. If we have accepted Jesus into our hearts, our eternal life will be in heaven. If we have chose not to follow Jesus, our eternal life will be spent in hell's eternal fire. The beginning and the end, the Alpha and Omega, now that is a very powerful message. In the beginning there was God, and in the end God will be there. God and His only Son Jesus Christ, The Great I Am. Have you given thought of where your eternal home will be? Will it be in heaven with Jesus? Or will Satan be waiting to claim your soul? The choice is ours to make, to decide which path we will take. No one else but us can make that choice, either we accept Jesus or we reject Him. In eternity we will have to live with the personal decision we have made. The Beginning And The End Father, help us to live our life for You Let us tell others of Jesus' love in all we do Let us live our life in a way that You approve So that in our life the Holy Spirit can move Let us live our life for You, in case we die today We want to go to heaven, with You to stay The Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end Let us come to You Dear Father, our Best Friend Let our hearts be pure, in case Jesus quickly returns Let us accept Jesus, so that in hell our souls won't burn God almighty is amazing, and full of power In the end when He comes, no one knows the hour God will one day call us home Everything in this world will be gone Let us keep close to Jesus, all of our days To walk close to Him, and live in His ways Jesus is coming soon, will you be ready? To Jesus will you be holding steady? |
| Luke 7:23 And blessed is he, whosoever shall not be offended in me. Jesus came to this world to die for our sins. He was the only sacrifice that could atone for our sins. Jesus was humble, poor, and rejected. Many thought Jesus was not the Messiah. Choosing Jesus the Savior of the scriptures will always put us at conflict with the world's vision vision of who He is. Jesus was more than a teacher, prophet and healer, He was and is the Lamb of God. He shed His blood to pay the price for our sins. If we follow Jesus, we can be sure that we will meet with resistance from the rest of the world. We can certainly expect to be tormented by Satan. Living for Jesus will be costly, but well worth it. It cost many followers and believers their life. What has it cost you lately? Just remember what we lose now, is nothing compared to what we gain in eternity. By choosing to follow Jesus, we have a home in heaven prepared for us. Our soul will have eternal rest with Jesus. Choose Jesus Jesus is the Messiah, He is the King To save all sinners, He gave up everything He came down to this earth to live To die on the cross, our sins to forgive Jesus was poor,honest, and humble Never once could Satan make Him stumble Jesus was rejected by His own people He is the cornerstone of the church and steeple Jesus was and is the Lamb He is THE GREAT I AM His shed blood paid the price for our sins By His blood our sins are cleansed Choose to follow Jesus Christ He will give you eternal life Choose to follow Jesus everyday you live For our sins His life He did freely give But on the third day Christ Arose His love for us truly shows |
| Philippians 4:19 19 But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus. A few months ago we experienced extreme car trouble. The motor in our car had blown a head, and we could not afford to have it fixed. Our family had a vacation planned, and we had to cancel all the plans. Needless to say I was truly aggravated. I totally let this chain of events get the best of me. I was suppose to start classes in college, but had to have transportation back and forth. I felt like I had been robbed and whined like a little child. One day my husband pointed out that we could have gotten out of town, and then the car could have broke down. Like he stated God saved us time and money, also the hassle of being 400 miles from home and trying to figure out how to get back home. I finally realized that I had been so petty, none of these things were truly important. I prayed for God to forgive me, and that He would provide another car. The storm clouds passed away, and I knew that there would soon be a silver lining to the storm we had experienced. We began looking for cars, but none were in our price range. My husband Anthony told me not to be in a hurry, that God would send a car on His time. We left it in God's hands, and prayed that in His time He would send us what we needed. One day I was in the doctors office and encountered a friend of ours. She was having car trouble, and was telling me they were getting rid of their car. I ask how much they wanted for the car, she replied you can have it. I done a double take to make sure I heard it right I ask it is free. The car needed some work, but not much at all. God provided the money for the repairs it needed. I know it wasn't luck that we seen our friend at the doctors office, it was the work of God in Heaven. He used them to send us a car, I know that God provides our every need. He just shows us how much He blesses us daily. If you are experiencing hard times, keep the faith God always provides. The color of the car is silver, that is the silver lining that came from our storm cloud. God is so awesome, and I am so undeserving of His compassion and blessings. Father, You meet our every need Your are to be praised indeed No matter what our needs may be You meet and exceed them for our family Thank You Father, for the blessings You give You take care of us, and our sins You forgive No matter how big or small God provides Through the worst storm, God is our Guide Our God provides more blessings that we could ever deserve He is our Father, and Him we will only Serve Father, I am thankful for the silver linings You send For our every need, Father, only on You will we depend |
| Philippians 1:6 Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ. While on vacation a few years ago, we traveled to South Carolina. There was endless construction. We would get down the road about 50 miles, and encounter more construction. A few times we had to take detours, we thought we would never reach our destination. Then we noticed the beautiful flowers blooming in the median. The scenery was beautiful, at times breathtaking. I begin to think of all the beauty God has created for us to enjoy. I begin to focus on how in our life we are always under construction. That God is daily doing repairs in our lives. Healing areas that are broken, fixing parts that are not working properly. God sometimes provides us a detour in life, so that He can place us where He needs us to be. He draws us closer to Him, and heals our broken hearts. I am glad that I am under constant construction. There is a lot of work that God needs to do to improve me. I need to work harder to be more patient, and to remind myself to slow down so that I can get closer to God. So being under construction is a good thing, God can make us the person He knows we can be. He can repair the potholes in our life, and smooth out the rough edges that make us stumble in life. Under Construction Lord, I know I am under Your construction You always lead me away from destruction 'I know everyday that You are working in my life Placing in my heart, the love of Jesus Christ Daily You are making major repairs When my life has many rips and tears Thank You, for the detours You provide For loving me and staying by my side I am under construction, God has the floor plans His purpose for my life, only He understands I will let God build and add what ever He needs I am His project, and He loves me so much indeed |
| Matthew 6:25-34 25. Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment? 26. Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they? 27. Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature? 28. And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin: 29. And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. 30. Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith? 31. Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed? 32. For after all these things do the Gentiles seek for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things. 33. But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. 34. Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof. Let us only focus on today and what plans that God has for us. We have no promise of tomorrow only the day at hand. God will meet and supply our every need. No matter we may face, no matter what trials or troubles come our way God will take care of us. He will strengthen us to make it through any problems or sorrows that we may face. God's grace is sufficient, He will take care of us regardless. So let us give no thought of tomorrow, because we may never see tomorrow. Live each day to the fullest and tell the world of God's only Son Jesus Christ and His saving grace. We need to live each day as if it borrowed, because we have no promise of tomorrow. So get up today and make a difference in the world around you. Visit a friend, talk to someone in need, talk to someone that is lost, tell them the greatest news of all, that Jesus loves them. SO LITTLE TIME So little time to do God’s will On judgment day there’ll be no appeals My days are short, my love for Jesus is long He will take each day, and make me strong So that I can do His work, that He requires of me No matter what the job, He leads where I should be So little time here on Earth, soon we will have eternity to rest I will do God’s work, until I reach Heaven, and know I done my best So little time in this world, but forever will be our reward If we live our life for Jesus, He will speak on our accord So little time I have to live in this world, in His arms I will always stay And take the path He has chosen for me, that is my plan to follow His way |
| John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. I love this verse because it expresses God's love for every sinner. He did not want us to die in our sins. He loved us so much that He gave His only begotten Son Jesus Christ to die for our sins.God provide a way that every sinner could be saved. That we should not perish, but have ever lasting life. God's love amazes me, and so does the mercy that He extends daily. Let us give praise to God for His love, mercy, and grace. He saw our need, and sent Jesus to provide a way that there would be no more separation from Him. By believing that Jesus is God's only Son and accepting Him into our heart we can be saved. We must repent of our sins and let Jesus wipe away the old, and be washed in the blood of the Lamb. Basically to let Jesus cleanse our heart and soul, and we become a new creature. If Jesus has saved us old things pass away, and we want to do God's will. Now that is not to say that Satan is not going to torment us daily. When we try to work for God and do His will, Satan really wants to sift us. So we have to be prepared, read our bible daily and talk daily with God our Father in Heaven. No the road will not be easy, but God will lead our direction. Jesus will be our Guide, He will see us safely home. Today I want to Praise God In Heaven For Sending His Only Son To Die For Our Sins. Thank You Father For Loving All Sinners and For Providing a Way For ALL Sinners to Escape Satan's Trap. Father, Today we want to Thank You for sending Jesus Christ So that all that believe can receive eternal life Thank You Father, for sending Your only Son So that Your will could be done Thank You Dear Father, for Your amazing love For sending Your only Son from Heaven above Father, we are grateful that You made a way so all could be saved By accepting Jesus Christ, the rest of the way has been paved Father, Thank You for loving a sinner like me For sending Your only Son to us all free Thank You Father, for sending Jesus that if we believe we shall not perish Dear God in Heaven, Your gift of love and mercy we truly do cherish Thank You for sending Jesus to save all sinners who will believe on His name Thank You Father, You sacrifice so much by Jesus suffering so much pain Thank You Father, for sending Jesus to knock at this sinners heart He saved me one night, and from Him I never want to depart I want Jesus to walk me over Jordan one Grand Day Where with Him for ever I want to stay |
| Psalm 33:20 Our soul waiteth for the LORD: He is our help and our shield. There are times in our life, that we can use all the help we can get. We experience hardships that we think we will never get through. We go through times of sorrow and grief, sometimes we feel like giving up. Our life is so full of despair, if we wait on the LORD, He will deliver us through all of our despair. He will shield us when we think despair and sorrow are about to overtake us. God will give us comfort, and help us get through any situation we face. God will help us and provide the comfort and support we need, if we will wait on Him in answer to our prayers. Wait On God Dear Father, in times of despair We will go to You in prayer When things seem to go so wrong We know all hope is not gone My anguish and needs You always share To provide for us You have the power When our problems in life will not yield You are our comfort, You are my shield Lord on You we are willing to wait Your response to our prayers are never late When we are at our wits end On God in heaven we can depend He provides everything we could ever need We will wait on His response every time indeed |
| 1 Chronicles 16:10 Let the heart of them rejoice that seek the LORD. In times when everything is going great, it is easy to give thanks to God and seek Him. Then when everything starts falling apart in our life, it seems like our world is coming to an end. Only when we have tried to solve the problems ourselves, and find that everything we do fails then we turn to God. By this time we are at our wits end. Let us seek God daily in good times and bad. To keep the lines of communication open at all times. Not just when things are spinning out of control in our lives. Let us rejoice and share with others all that God has done for us. All the many blessings He has bestowed upon us. To rejoice that He sent His only Son to die on the cross for our sins. Let Us Seek God Let us seek God in good times and bad Let us seek Him if we are happy or sad Let us rejoice in God's grace and love To send our prayers to heaven above Let us seek Him in our daily life Even if it is filled joy and not strife Let us always seek God's guidance in everything we do He will lead and guide us no matter what we go through Let us rejoice and sing within our heart To be glad that in our life God plays a part |
| Luke 6:38 Give, and it will be given to you; good measure, pressed down,shaken together, running over, they will pour into your lap. For by your standard of measure it will be measured to you in return. Each of us has something to give. Some have wealth, some have talents, some have time, some have compassion, some have wisdom. Whatever gifts we have been given, large or small, we should share generously. When we do we fulfill God's purposes, and find true meaning and satisfaction in our own lives. When we help others in need, show love and kindness to others, we are giving of ourselves. We get rid of the concept that it is all about me. We turn our focus on what God would have us to do. When we extend love and forgiveness to others it is then granted unto us. When we share our good fortune with others God pours even more blessings upon us. God wants us to love others as He loves us. To extend a helping hand to others in need. To give comfort to our neighbor and friends when their heart is breaking. To visit the elderly in the nursing home so that they are not so lonely. To care about how others feel, and to let them know they are loved. To tell the lost that Jesus saves, that He came and died for our sins. To tell them that by believing in Jesus and accepting Him into their heart they can be saved. God extends His mercy and grace in our lives everyday, He wants the same from me and you. To be kind and loving toward everyone we encounter. To listen to someone who needs a friend, to help others that are not as fortunate as we may be. To care about all mankind and treat them with love. To share our talents with the world and do God's will. God will bestow His love and mercy upon us. Giving Of Ourselves Let us give unto others love and kindness everyday For God shows His love for us all along life's way Let us be a friend to someone in need Let us always forgive others indeed Let us be ready to help a neighbor out To lend a helping hand when they give a shout Let us love others as God has loved us To always place in Him all of our trust Let us show love and compassion To someone whose world is crashing Let us be a friend to all that we meet Give others clothes and food to eat Let us help where we know there is need If someone needs help God will answer their plead Let us forgive others as we have been forgiven Don't ever hold a grudge as long as we are living Let us follow Jesus' example of true love So that one day we can meet Him up above If we extend forgiveness, mercy, and love It will be given to us from our Father above |
| Psalms 121:1-8 1 I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. 2 My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth. 3 He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: He that keepeth thee will not slumber. 4 Behold, He that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep. 5 The LORD is thy keeper: the LORD is thy shade upon thy right hand. 6 The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night. 7 The LORD shall preserve thee from all evil: He shall preserve thy soul. 8 The LORD shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore. I am so Thankful to God for EVERYTHING THAT HE PROVIDES. He gives us a place to live, provides food to nourish our body, and puts clothes on our back and shoes on our feet. God provides the money to pay our bills, and provides transportation for our daily needs. Our Father in Heaven is amazing. He watches over us no matter where we may go. Father, Thank You for being the One who watches over us all the days of our lives. Father, lead us to where we need to go, and show us the direction in life that You would have us to go. Forgive us, when we fail to do, what would be pleasing to You. Father, Thank You for never leaving our side. Lord, Thank You for watching over us day and night. Unlike a cell phone, our signal to You is always strong. You can be reached at any hour, You don't limit our talk time. We just have to make time to talk with You daily. You are always willing to lend an ear, when we need to talk. Thank You God for the love and mercy You so freely give. Father, today I Thank You for the clothes that You provide I Thank You for always being there, my best friend at my side Thank You, for the shoes that You provide for me to wear Thank You, for letting my problems with You share Thank You Father, that Your word I can share with so many others To tell the world about Jesus, sharing the good news with my sisters and brothers Thank You Father, for watching over me and extending Your protection Thank You Father, for always guiding and showing me the right direction Thank You Father, for the wonderful family that I have been blessed with from You Thank You Father, for all the wonderful things in my life that You always do |
