| So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom. Psalm 90:12 When we think about how short life is, we have to realize that our days are numbered. Like a flower that blooms, and then wilts and dies. Let us get busy making the most of everyday. To live life to the fullest. To put God number ONE over all things. To tell and show our family how much that we love them. To tell the lost that Jesus Christ loves them so much. To treat others with love and kindness. To be understanding to others and their needs. To be a tool that God can use to His glory. Let us strive to reach others that may be lost. Let us pray daily for our family and friends that are lost. Let us pray for ones that are lost, that friends have placed on the prayer list. Let us live our life, and let our light shine bright for Jesus Christ. Tomorrow may never arrive for us, so let us leave a loving and caring soul print behind. If we touch one life, and it brings a person to Christ our journey is worth it all. Let us open our heart and life, so that God can use us to reach others who are lost. We have to remember that we are like a vapor in the wind, here one moment and gone the next. So let us strive to make the most of everyday, every minute, and every second that we are given. It is a blessing from God and not to be taken for granted. Father, as You open the door for the race we are to run Give us strength to go the course, until we are done Father, let us live each moment of life trying to reach the lost To tell them of Jesus Christ, and how He paid the ultimate cost Let us live each day, as if it were our last To forgive others and let go of the past Let us love like we may never see tomorrow Let us give You our burdens of grief and sorrow Open our eyes so that we can see The things Lord You require of me Help us through each and every day Show us the direction, and lead the way Father, we are like a vapor in the wind Our reward is seeing You in the end |
| Psalm 27:8 28:7 The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusted in him, and I am helped: therefore my heart greatly rejoiceth; and with my song will I praise him. God is great, He is just completely AWESOME. He does answer prayers daily. He listens to our pleas every single day. We sent out prayers for a dear man, who just had open heart surgery. He had a heart attack and quit breathing at one point, had no pulse nothing. All over the place prayers were being sent out. God heard all the cries, and brought him through all the things that he faced. The doctors said he was alive by the grace of God. I love how the doctor put this. He knows that God is the greatest Physician and can repair all things. That God can get things done, when all looks bleak. Now of course Odell, basically our family adopted dad has a long way to go.His recovery will be many months, but God will be with him all of the way. God is our shield, He protect us no matter what. God will see us through all things that we face. When things so bleak, just always remember God grants miracles even today. He is the same today, tomorrow, and always.So when you feel you are hanging, and eventually going to fall, call out to God. No matter what our cry, God still answers, Jesus will never leave us. There is hope, just keep the faith. God will show us just what He can do. He still amazes me daily, with His power and majesty. Father, Thank You for being our Shield That our broken hearts You have healed You are the shield on which our lives we build You are the one who nourishes the crops in the fields You Father, are the One who knows our grief Through You we will always find sweet relief You hear our prayers Father, and answer them always You show us Your power every single day Father, You are the Shield, that no one can remove You answer our pleas, and our weary soul You soothe Thank You Father, for the miracles that I have seen in my life Number one being the way You sent Your Son Jesus Christ |
| Proverbs 3:6 In all thy ways acknowledge Him and He shall direct thy paths. In our everyday life we experience many difficulties. We go through times that we are tossed about by the waves of life. Problems come our way and make us drift off course. We lose site of the job that God would have us to do. We get wrapped up in everyday problems and forget to consult with God in prayer. When the burdens get to be to much that is when we call out to Jesus to deliver us through all the chaos that we are going through. If we keep the lines of communication open everyday with God in prayer we won't experience so much doubt and confusion in our everyday life. Let us remember to include God in our everyday plans because He may need to alter them for us. May we always let Jesus guide us on the path that we need to take, so that we can do God's will. When we are in doubt to Jesus let us call out and say "Jesus, Help Me Please. Jesus Help Me I am walking in this barren land So many things I don't understand People their hearts have grown cold Some not as caring in the days of old Jesus, help me to know which way to go To understand things I need to truly know Jesus, help me to avoid Satan's trap To follow the Holy Bible as a road map Help me to avoid things that will make me stumble Help make my heart pure, let me always be humble Jesus help us not to follow the ways of this world Around Your feet let us always be sitting and curled When our direction in life we begin to doubt To You Jesus let us give a loud shout When life gets us down and our spirit needs a lift Help us Jesus to Your arms let us always drift |
| John 5:24 Most assuredly, I say to you, he who hears My word and believes in Him who set Me has everlasting life,and shall not come into judgment, but has passed from death unto life. By accepting Jesus and believing that He died for our sins, we will escape judgment. By faith we accept Jesus into our heart. By knowing that He died on the cross for our sins, we know that we are bought by His blood. Our debt is paid in full by Jesus, our Lord and Savior. By His blood, I am justified For my sins, that is why He died By His blood, I have been saved For His love my soul does crave By Jesus' blood, I received an invitation Now I am saved, Jesus gave me salvation By Jesus' blood, I am justified On Judgment day I won't be tried By Jesus' blood, I'm going to heaven's shore Everyday in heaven, my Savior I can adore By His blood, hell I have escaped Because Jesus' invitation I did take By His blood I am justified And by the piercing on His side On Judgment day, by His blood I will be justified Because to His line of royalty my soul is forever tied By His blood I am justified I am so glad Jesus is on my side Jesus died so we could go free The blood that He shed was for you and me |
| I am the LORD, and there is none else, there is no God beside me: I girded thee, though thou hast not known me: That they may know from the rising of the sun, and from the west, that there is none beside me. I am the LORD, and there is none else. Isaiah 45:5-6 In this fast pace life, many times we get very busy. We rush around and feel like we are always running behind. We get busy and we leave God completely out of our lives. We don't make room for Him in our busy everyday life. Sometimes we completely ignore God's plans for our daily life. We take on the world on our own, and only when things fall apart do we turn back to God. God has a plan for our life, are you following God? Are you doing what God would require of you daily? I would have to say that I follow God at a distance many times. I fail to do the things that God would want me to pursue daily. I fail God every minute of the day. I know that I need to follow closer, I need to be in His arms not following a hundred feet away. Let us make it our daily goal, to let God advise us of His plans for our life. To start each day out in prayer, and to let God decide how busy our day will be. If He decides that we are to be doing something other than we have planned, let us drop everything and follow His lead. God loves us even when we follow at a distance, but let us bare fruit for our Father in Heaven. He loves us and deserves nothing less than our best effort put forth. God blesses us so greatly and we take Him for granted. Let us tell God how much we love Him, and thank Him for all that He has done for us. Let us follow God, and live our lives completely for Him Father, sometimes I follow You at a distance Your plans I fight with strong resistance Father, draw us close to You today Let us follow and do what You say Let us place You at the top of list Even when events in life throw us a twist Let us be faithful servants and do Your will When You need our attention let us stand still Father, forgive us when we run away from You Put us in Your arms and help us see Your plan through Let us be close to You, in our daily walk in life To sing Your praise and bring You glory through Jesus Christ |
| 1 Peter 5:8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour. We need to always be alert, because Satan is always on the prowl. He wants to catch us off guard, and trap us like a caged animal. He wants to sink his claws into us and devour us. Especially when we are working for God. Satan wants to stop our work for our Father in heaven. He is constantly on the move, waiting for his next victim to pounce on. So let us be always be alert, he awaits the moment that we let our guard down against his dangerous deeds. If we keep in close contact with God through prayer and read our bibles, Satan cannot torment us as much. Through God's holy word that is a weapon against the devil. Studying the bible daily is a great way to keep him at bay. Keeping Jesus in our heart helps to keep Satan in his place. Be Alert Father, in my weakness and preoccupation Help protect us from Satan and all his aggravation We are often unaware of Satan's threat He waits for us to let our guard down yet Father, help me to always stay alert By Satan's deeds, we don't want to be hurt Let me be faithful to You, and depend on Your guidance So that Satan's plans for me You can silence Show me Your word, the greatest weapon of defense Because for our salvation, Jesus paid a great expense You are our Sword against Satan To everyone this I am stating |
| But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear. 1 Peter 3:15 At one time in my life, I truly had no hope. I was sinner lost and stained by sin. Satan had me in his embrace, I was a prisoner to the ways of the world. Then one glorious day Jesus Christ knocked at my hearts door. He invited me to accept Him into my heart. Anyone who has experienced this wonderful time in their life, knows that it is the most precious thing that has ever happened to them. Jesus revealed to me that I was nothing but a sinner. That I was doomed to hell, but He had made a way for all sinners to escape this awful place. Jesus had convicted my heart, and made me see the complete truth. He was the only way, the Truth and the Light. Only through Jesus could we one day see Heaven's beauty. I accepted Jesus into my heart and confessed my sins. That is the day my reason of hope truly begin. we have the promise of eternal life and that Jesus is with us always. There is no greater feeling of peace, knowing how much Jesus loved all sinners to die on the cross for our sins.If you don't know Jesus as your personal Savior, we pray that you will come to have a personal relationship with our Lord and Savior. My reason for hope came through Jesus Christ He saved our soul and gave us eternal life Until the day Jesus knocked at our hearts door We lived in darkness, now we see like never before Jesus made a way for us to escape Hell He saved my soul, now all is well I lived with no hope until Jesus arrived Without Him in my life how did I survive? Jesus showed us the truth, that in darkness we lived He wiped away our tears, and our sins He did forgive If you feel you have no hope within Call on Jesus, He will wipe away your sin My reason for hope comes through Jesus Christ He is the Truth and the Light, He brings the sun to my life |
| Exodus 19:5 Now therefore, if ye will obey my voice indeed, and keep my covenant, then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto me above all people: for all the earth is mine. Are you praying for God to lead you? He has plans for you. He has the power to carry His children to a place of service. Only with God's direction can we fulfill His plans for our lives. God will help us through every problem we encounter if we just let Him be our guide. God is Near God in heaven knows our every need He hears our cries, and our every plead He knows when we are in distress Take your problems to God, He will do the rest God knows when our heart is breaking He knows all the hard knocks we are taking He knows that Satan is trying to sift us like sand That is when God reaches down, and takes us by the hand He knows when our loved ones have gone home He carries us in His arms so we are never alone God knows every problem that comes across our path He is always there to intercept during Satan's wrath God knows when we are depressed Go to Him in prayer, and your problems express God can move the mountains that stand in our way If you are down and out, go to God in prayer today God can give you rest, and take you to new heights God can relieve your burdens, and send your life on a new flight Just put your trust in Him, let God be your guide He will mend your broken spirit, and make you feel new inside |

Many times he has succeeded. But when all gets to be to much for me, I turn to Jesus and He will put Satan behind me. All I have to do , is place my problems at the cross. Jesus will lead the way home no, matter how badly I'm lost. So if Satan is pounding you to the ground, call on Jesus. He will turn it all around. Satan cannot touch you, if you place all your trust in Jesus. Satan's time is limited and he is working hard to detour us. To lead us astray, don't let this happen call on Jesus today. Is Satan Destroying Your Life? Is Satan destroying your life? Into Hell’s pits are you about to dive? Has Satan convinced you that Jesus you don’t need? Have you heard the story of Jesus on the cross and how He did bleed? Is Satan destroying your life, is it completely out of control? Do you need help? Give Jesus your soul Has Satan tangled you in his web, and you’ve become someone you don’t like Accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior, and tell Satan to take a hike Has Satan filled your life full of trouble? Accept Jesus in your heart and bust Satan’s bubble If Satan has complete control over your life, I pray that your heart will be filled with guilt And that your life around Jesus will soon be built The hold Satan has on you Jesus can break First you must accept Jesus into your heart, that is the first step you must take I pray that Jesus you will choose So that the tangled web of Satan you can loose |
| Philippians 2:11 And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. When I think of what Jesus means to me, so many things come to mind. He is our Savior, Redeemer, He is Lord, most of all He is the great I AM. He is our Redeemer, He saved all sinners that accept Him from hell. As we study the bible we come to know more about Jesus, as we grow in Him, our praises for Him increase. Because we learn of what all Jesus has done for us. We acknowledge Him not only as our Savior, but also as Lord. Let us spend time learning more about Jesus everyday. To make a list of things to guide us, and to express our praise and gratitude for all that Jesus has done in our lives. One day when Jesus returns every tongue shall confess that Jesus Christ is Lord. Most of all let us sing praise to the One who saved our soul. Jesus Christ Is Lord Jesus, how we love Him so More about Him we want to know Our Savior, He reigns supreme Jesus' love went to the extreme Lord, He is the Great I Am He is God's perfect Lamb Jesus is our best Friend He will be there until the end Jesus is complete true love He was sent by God above Mediator, for all, He pleads our case He helps put Satan in his place Jesus is our Shepherd, He leads us to the fold We are His sheep, He will lead us to the streets of gold Jesus is our Redeemer, He saved us from hell Jesus gives us peace, and all is well |
