Personal journal, local dating system, April 29th, 2141.
The last three days have been productive. The humans I have been instructing on the new fighter prototype being deployed on their planet are quick and eager learners. They refer to the fighter, designated by Earth’s military as JDF-4, as the Viper. It is a reference to a televised drama from sixty of the local years ago.
I am going to one of my student’s apartments this weekend to participate in something called a “binge marathon” of this drama.
At present, Sanctuary does not have an organized military in the same fashion the humans do. This is changing. In the interim, I have been given the rank of Lieutenant Commander in the Earth Defense Forces.
