I enjoy reading this as this reminds me of my husband when he was diagnosed of Diabetes 24 years ago.
The doctor gave him 2 pages of food not to eat. He told me :
I think the doctor wanted me to die .. Then a friend from Switzerland sent us a book about about Diabetes and it says you may eat anything but minimal only especially those with much sugar.
He followed the book and he is healthy as a horse until now. Thank You Lord.
Back to the review..
I agree with every written line and reading about Water is your best friend.. my husband's best friend is Coke Zero.
And one more thing... We planted Aloe Vera at our front porch so easy for him to get when he has cuts as he loves tinkering things. Quick healing. No scars. People say if you have cuts and you are diabetic it does not heal. Aloe vera proved them wrong.
My review is getting longer..I am carried away by what I read.
