This was introspective and fun. I sometimes like to imagine the other fella's view and this was a romp through a scarecrow's thoughts as I never expected to do. Really good read, thanks for sharing.
I know it was a much more expensive time creating clothing that fit. None of this 'off the clearance rack' stuff! I have a difficult managing to keep a constant weight, so I'd be a pauper that dressed well!
Nice imagery, thanks so much for sharing!
I really liked this verse. It was gentle and unforced, the rhythm and rhymes flowed one into another. Yet the reality of life is evident and not just ogled into text.
Provocative imagery, I feel the eternal hunger of the Pack, its desperate struggle to beat a rigged game. I also liked the arrangement of the words and rhythm. The rhyming did not sound forced but I was a bit unhappy at the last verse group. It DID seem forced, as though the author wasn't sure how to tie the ends together. Overall it was enjoyable to read and conjecture about the winter to come and the privations that may be also coming.

What I read was straightforward, with no surprises or twists in its presentation. I like the 'Ode'-like format, that gives respect to those who have fought and served for this nation (whatever nation you are from).
I felt sort of warm gratitude that I am able to do what I love the most (read, draw, and create) because of the effort put into keeping the people free.
This is a very interesting read. Something as homely as eggs being given the focus of great thought and personal concern. The Mystery of the Missing Eggs a garnish for my thoughts.
some powerful images here...

I was reading along wondering what would come next.
thanks for sharing your work.
This was a very interesting read. I liked how the two events were inevitably going to converge but weren't sure how. The discussion of the two fishermen was enjoyable and basic. It drew me in to keep reading. Overall it made me feel good and amused at how they made a vow and kept it under unexpected circumstances.
The selection of responses to actions in this piece is interesting. However, I think there would be more interest if you added a little edge to the prose by adding something about what would happen if there we a suggestion of rejection.
