that was an interesting story! I felt anger like the main character did at her adopted parents and I felt sad like the adopted parents. The beginning was quite funny though: the mom rambling on and on about useless things and the daughter being confused as hell. " “Note to self; people grow up." That line was hilarious! Great Job!!!

this was a good but sad story! "When I felt the bond break

too used to the pain of the past" that is one of saddest things I've ever read. It's emotional and detailed, which is good for a writer!

Ah, daddies! You gotta love them! The only time my dad wears a tie is at weddings/funerals. There is a lot of rhyme in this poem, which is good. Rhymes and poems match!!!

"gird for the long battle ahead,
and long for spring…" this is my mom every winter. She doesn't mind the snow, it's jsut the ice and the cold that make her mad. See, as a writer you brought out the emotions in your writing as well as your readers. That's something that every good writer does. Great Job!!!!

this was a great read! I'm trying to figure outmyself what makes a good writer and I think what you wrote helped me a little bit. A good writer (to me) is one who uses creativity, detail and emotion in their stories, makes the characters seem believable, writes what they are comfortable with writing, and doesn't mind taking advice from others. Great story!!!

Two girls aurging make a really great story! Bitch fight!!! Anyway, I liked how you showed how annoyed and angry the one was and how the other was jsut trying to calm her down. That is definalty a sibling relationship. It was funny too because the one sister is making a big deal out of nothing (aka the kidnapping of her best friend) and the other just seems amused. *Sigh* Great Work!!!

Horses!!! YAY!!!! I used to ride horses so everytime I heard the word I squeal like a little girl! Not squeal but you know what I mean. "“tremendous running machine” Detail and creativity is all you need to be a writer so that was perfect. "The fastest racehorse that ever raced" Great line!

Ah, a day with the wife! My dad loves that so he would love this story!!! :) "Why else would they build enormous domes that looked like God pooped a golf ball and a pinwheel donut in the middle of this beautiful landscape? " For some reason, this line made me laugh. As i read that line I'm thinking "He does it because he can do anything!" Great plot, great story, great ending! Cheers!!!

This is such a kid thing! Only they could imagine being the mouse and climbing a tree! I loved the details you put in there and how you put the thoughts. That was a great touch. And of course she goes to bed when Santa is about to come, LOL!!!! "
Molly’s father picked up the sleeping girl. She smiled in her grogginess, with candy cane still smeared upon her lips." That last line was great! Cheers!!!!

this was such an AMAZING story!!! so much detail and emotion and... ok, I'm just going to slow down a little bit. The beginning was great! You gave us the character and set up the setting. Drawing someone in with the first line or two is always a good start for a writer. The title made me want to find out more about this character. Was he poor? What was he doing in the subway? As I read it, it was clear that he was playing just to make people happy. That's one of the best things we can do: make people happy. Great Work!!!

this was a very good poem! I like how you made the reader feel guilty along with the character-that's the sign of a good writer. Writers should make their readers feel the same way the character is feeling, and then some. "Though she looked at me twice, I turned my face over the side

this was a really cute little story. Memories of our childhood or with our kids/grandkids are always special. you can never get them back so hold on too them. "Suddenly tears flooded Linda’s eyes. Why’d she start to cry?

this was really good! don't know if this is autobiographical, but this had lots of emotion/feelings in it! if it is about you, i liked how you made the reader feel as you felt: sad, depressed, angry. All good stories-all good writings, i should say, should make the reader feel the emotion of the characters or the author. Great work!!
