A great story here. I related well to what you had written down. It is true, life does operate on many different levels, levels that some people are not aware of. Aww, I found this piece to be very uplifting and I related very well to this. You are so correct by writing the line; "Different-as you have not progressed into the world of acceptance" I thought this line was a life lesson for all empaths and spiritualists. I could see the potential of your poem here. The comparing of visions of the world. I liked the theme of this poem. I liked the message you were sending. A simple little poem filled with hope. I feel there will always be people around to destroy our dreams of peace. I liked the title of this piece, it summed up the writing very well. I found this piece to be very emotional for me. You expressed yourself so very clearly for the reader. You certainly tugged on my heart strings with this poem. I know this was written a few years ago but I hope it is still relevant. I live in the United Kingdom and I am guessing the SPCA is the same as our service, the RSPCA; "Royal Society of Protection and Care of Animals". This service does an amazing job here in the UK. After reading your little story through, I felt proud to be English and live in England. It is nice here but the weather is always cold. I understood the liking of the English accent, we brits feel the same about the Amercian accent, so warming. You mentioned Princess Diana, I have seen Diana in the flesh, she came to my historic town for a visit and she walked past me making eye contact. She was very tall and vibrant. Your story held the power of dreams and fantasy. It was very refreshing for me. Nice writing.
