Speed Reading/reviewing- 1000 word story won't even take me five minutes to read, and you'll get a review within 10 minutes of me reading it. As it is, my reviews are usually around 300 Characters- minus my Review Sig. However, sometimes they'll reach the 1,000 Character mark. Depends on the Story/item. *Bigsmile*

Books - well, not through a Review Request page anyways, as I'd would have to review the book itself and not the Chapter, in order to get paid, but I will review them if you ask me in an email. Review of Resolutions Kept

Well, this is an interesting short story. A elderly man makes a New Years resolution- Clean out the closet. While doing so, it seems like he's stepping back in time- finding a long lost golf club, an old bowling trophy, and finally, a cigar box containing his first resolutions. Nice.

Characters
This is the sort of person many want to be when they get older- being able to keep their promises, even those made for themselves.

Spelling and Grammar
For the final resolution, "Find" needs an "i" to be correct.

Well, this is an interesting poem. Written from the point of view of a woman whose husband puts her down, this poem addresses issues that deal with inequality between the sexes. This is something that people should think about, as it is quite common.

Well, this is a cute little story. A young girl has a hard time choosing what she wants to be when she grows up, from a puppy, to a policeman, to a teacher, to a swing, and a bunch of other things. Then she decides to be an "adult" but finds out that things are very boring.

Well, this is an interesting short story. While on the job, a barkeeper listens to one of his usual customer's problems. It seems that the man, a former rock star, was having some trouble with his family, as his wife left him, taking the kids. Makes one wonder.

Well, this looks like a fun little event. Buy some C-notes to send to your friends, group-mates, and maybe family members, and you'll be helping out a great group, ROAK, which spends its time giving out memberships to those who have trouble affording them. Given the fact that this group has helped me out on many occasions, I might just have to join in on the fun and help them for a change.

Now this is interesting. After dealing with his condition for a long time, a woman finally convinces her husband to go and see a doctor for his problems. I had to laugh when I found out what the condition was; I wonder if it's related to the other issues.

Well, this is an amusing story to read. When his wife gets the hiccups, a man does everything he can to cure his beloved of the dreaded curse, first using the traditional methods, glass of water, holding breath, scaring her, but none of it worked. Then, he comes up with an interesting idea, using a garden snake.

Well, this looks like an interesting introduction to your story. You talk about how there was once a war between humans and machines, but thanks to a massive effort, humans were able to destroy the machines. However, it seems that some of the machines survived. Makes me want to read the rest of the book, not to mention the series.

Well this is an interesting series of poems, which seem to about one person as he changes over a period of weeks, from a civilian into a member of the Navy. Sometimes, certain experiences will change you. Sometimes it's for the better, sometimes it's for the worse.

Well, this is an interesting story. A pirate captain is given a job to help some revolutionaries end the reign of a very powerful man. The price they are offering is a way for her to put an end to her immortality. However, it seems that the powers that be, which are led by the Pirate's own father, are not in the mood to step aside peacefully. I hope to see the rest of the story put up.

Interesting story. Read chapter one of this a while back, and decided to check out the rest. After talking to a few Colonists, the captian of a pirate ship talks to her crew about the job. However, one of her most trusted crew members has a big secret- he's a shifter, and he tells her some even darker ones, ones about the captain's father.

They are very interesting. I wonder what will happen.

Well, this is an interesting story. In a world of Pokemon, a young boy and his family go for a vacation on the S.S. Anne. However, the ship runs into a storm. Unable to reach the lifeboats, the boy survives by shear luck when he falls overboard, and ends up on an improvised raft. The boy eventually makes it to an island, where he encounters a Lugia.

It's amazing what one can do to survive.

Well, this is a story that most anyone can relate to; decorating the Christmas tree with the ornaments that have been passed down for years, and telling stories that one remembers because of them, like how Uncle Fred bent the halo on the angel because the tree was too tall. Well, this is a nice poem to locate. Due to certain personal reasons, this writer was unable to afford their membership. However, thanks to the efforts of a certain group, they were able to hold on until they could. This is a situation I can relate to, as I was in the poorhouse for a long time, but thanks to friends and the Angles that are out there, I kept afloat, as have may others. A very touching tribute to those people out there who help others.

Well, this is a cute little poem to read. A boy makes a snowball, and thinking it would be the perfect pet, he takes it to bet with him. However, it leaves. Such is what happens with all snowballs, as they only stay for a short time, then they run away.
