Oh my word,Barbs, this is so sad.I am Funnyface and I just read "John" I am so sorry that you lost your son John to the dreadful disease of cancer, acute leukemia. No parent should ever have to see a child pass away. A mother of five, a grandmother of five, I can feel your sorrow, loss and pain. Hugs of comfort, You will need them no matter how many years pass by. A heart touching true story, that has no errors that I see.
"Explaining My Son" Is a heart touching article. I have two grand daughters that are gifted and recongized as so, and they do see things differently than I do. I will say there is nothing that tares at the heart more than to see our child hurting regardless of age. You are so strong and brave, you have accomplished and overcame so much. Hugs of comfort. Hello 4provinces, this is Funnyface dropping by again, it has been a while. I just read A Lieutenant's Duty. Your Title is Fitting, your beginning is solid as you tell us where the scene took place and that the Lieutenantwas in love with the Generals wife.The plot is well developed and you told a wonderful story of love. I can understand how the love between Daniel and Lilianna developed. It is nice to read how they both tried to be loyal to the General. It ended sadly as just when the two might have thought they would be together, Lilianna died. I really enjoyed this story, It made me feel sadness, and happiness as well. I see nothing that could improve this writing.
