A very captivating title.
Reading between the lines I must say I respect your honest opinion.
Well, no person is perfect and I agree with you that there must be a second chance and a third and a fourth and a fifth. Then I believe there is enough lesson to learn in each experience. I also agree in your line "Do not judge."
About the owning of guns. As long as one is responsible enough to own a gun then he or she deserves to own a gun. I also believe that each country has an age requirement to own a gun. That is my personal opinion.
My suggestion in this work:
"ever be relaesed"

Well, divorced family worked for you, your sister and your parents and I am happy for all of you that eventually everything went well after all. I believe other families are not as lucky as you are, especially when each one takes a hard time accepting and embracing the situation. I also believe that family problems happen worldwide it is not easy to have a broken family, but it is also very difficult if the husband and wife lives together in one roof and then fighting as if killing each other with hate and usually in the presence of their children. Separation has advantages as well as dis-advantages what is important is to make good use of everyday's existence because we only live once.
