In this moment in time
the music in my mind
lies deep in my soul
for troubled Chopin,
in this poem review
for Feather Duster
our poet of note.

Holy this blessed birth on mother earth
our concert pianist - composer supreme
in this sound on the vast ocean’s of life,
his soul dances the music in his mind
lips hot with blood-beats of songs.
Singing sounds magnetic strings.
thunder from the orchestra
piercing men’s souls,
as with swords
dying alone.

Chopin
studying
experiments,
epoch in history
equal to Beethoven,
lying deaf in his grave
leaving lessons behind –

"There the path lies ahead
how brilliant its course will be
even seen in deep dark misery.
The frail weak body of a genius
no escape from lung disease,
in disgrace the unbeliever
as this rebellious soul.”

“Even if I knew him
in my exertions
I will pray
remembering,
this day to change
you are my only refuse.
Rays of divine light living anew
streaming visible from my Savior.
I Chopin, bow before God almighty

Notions To The Ocean -

Maybe you will find the answer in my new layout for you as a poem.
It needs punctuation, spacing and correct capitalization that I have not used.


Systematically taking on days
My vision much clearer now
Through this hazy view
The reality plays
Here in Los Angeles
Hollywood sidewalks
Terrified and screaming
In this insanity phase
Metaphorical blade
Cold on the skin
Truly without end
That never began
Could be this price
For commitment of sins
Still flashing those grins
Committed and acquitted
My mind racing in notions
Never tamed like the waves
In these mighty oceans
Rather call it a potion
Never moving forward
But always in this motion
Gone beyond recognition
With no cures to be found
Outside of true religion
Lying in bed to learn
And love the mission
Maybe that's true
What is missing?
If there’s no bait
No point in fishing.
The ghosts of smiles
Is that what we're dishing?
Talked but nobody listening
Empty words etched in chalk.
When it's all said and done
I think I'll go for a walk.
