Poetry really doesn't have any characters, but in this case it does. I was very intriqued by the Harlequin. I have heard the name before, but had no idea what exactly she was. It seems to me that a Harlequin is a mischeiveous, naughty, and lustful creature.
Emotional Impact:
I have to admit that I was getting pretty annoyed with the Harlequin just as any woman would if she were preying after my man, lol!
Imagery:
I love the diamonds that you placed above and beneath the poem. It gives it a very sharp look. You gave great details and visuals.
