Very philosophical poem. The comparison of ping pong and life, was risky, but it paid off. I like the lines about the ball (life) is a white plastic ball being batted back and forth until it is sent the floor or into the net. Life can very much be like this.It also gives a small lesson in sportsmanship. I enjoyed reading this.
How very insightful. This brief thought shows the beginning of taking ownership of your own happiness. The fact that you do not begrudge the other person their happiness shows a lot of emotional growth. This little thought carries with it, an important lesson about not needing the other person to be miserable for you to be happy. I enjoyed this.
