This is descriptive and with a good flow.
As I am reading this , our Weather Bureau in our country the Philippines, is broadcasting the latest weather report that a storm or rather a very strong typhoon with 195 kph per hour will be here in our country tomorrow and all must be prepared. So everyone including myself pray that this will lessen and not cause destruction to lives and properties as well as infastructures or any damage at all.
The wind that sounds so strong is horrifying and terrifying.

My parents told us their children that it casts away bad spells and makes the home harmonious as the people living in the house possess a very peaceful heart and soul being mesmerized by the tune of the Wind Chime. The title alone is a deep sorrow, " Soulmate Gone"..
Gone too soon making the situation so sad and can change a life sweet smile to silent sobs.
The longings of the heart, the sweet memories that lingers makes such existence pain too much to carry on.One has to have the gift acceptance to move on with life.
