Hello! I am Nani! I am here with a review of your piece for the First People's Review Forum for Senior Mods. Please remember, that the opinions expressed are my own. Overall Impression: This is a lovely story in poetic form. The heroine goes from an unhappy existence to finding happiness. Sometimes in an effort to please others, we make ourselves miserable, which was the case here. She wanted to please her ailing father by marrying his friend, but her life was lacking emotional fulfillment. She found the happiness she lacked only through the sadness of losing her first husband. It was a nice touch to remember her first husband on their anniversary and birthday with her piano. It shows that she still was able to express her choice/her freedom to choose the way she remembered this time of her life. Obviously she had spent her young married life in misery with the piano and her music as her escape. The first husband treated her like a possession, and didn't like the only thing that brought her pleasure in their marriage. I liked this twist!

Suggestions: I noticed a typo in the third stanza, first line. You wrote: "...A marriage of convience..." It should be "...A marriage of convenience.." *Smile* It seems no matter how many times I proof a piece, I overlook these! *Smile*

The other error was in stanza 3, line 1....I think that "complait" should perhaps be "complaint". Sometimes, it is hard to catch those pesky typos!
