Hello Funnyface here, I just read your poem about "A Quilt Story". I have never had a home made quilt, but if I did I'd treasure it close to my heart. I know from seeing others do quilting that there is a lot of work quilting, and not only is there a lot of stitches but they are done in fine small detailed work. Most quilts use to be made with old clothes which brings a lot of memories back. . I enjoy the pictures that your writing presented to me as I read The Quilt Sory.
Good evening Cairylee this is Funnyface.I am an animal lover so I enjoyed your poem about Toots and Socks.
I have a dog, she is 10 years old now, and she is our baby. This last year and a half. I had my daughter move in with us, she brought her dog and two cats into our home, believe it or not our animals got along nicely. They since have moved in with their mistress, and I miss hem,but not the hair. Her cats are beautiful one is 2 years and the other is 14years...they are from Texas, I am from New Brunswick. I am not sure what they thought of the snow/winter.
I'm pleased that you shared your tale of your two cats. I am sure they bring you a great deal of pleasure! Thanks for being so good to ANIMALS!

The things that she requested you do, once she has gone away are heart touching. She loves you very much.
My favorite lines are:
She,s more than just a pitcher that I can put away,
it,s a love between two sisters that grows stronger everyday.
