Hello Darlin ~ Writer,

When I started to read this poem,the first stanza , I was thinking what exactly are you writing but then you kept the best part for later and brought the truth very well indeed. The first four stanzas are like questions and doubts and the last four stanzas giving answers and truth. You have creatively managed to write a poem that rhymes so well, yet kept the essence and flow of the entire poem without deviating from the message in it. I like the way you have given stress and importance to some words by capitalising them. Just a small typo error I noticed in this line " Because of his sons birth," it should be and "son's". And in some places "his" should be rewritten as "His".

Beautifully written acrostic poem. Emotions and feelings are well expressed and flow is good. This is a different acrostic poem because it does not start fresh as a new line but continues from the previous line but still maintains the entire form and feel of the poem. Well written.

Beautiful poem about how and why we build the walls within ourselves. Our past experiences, hurt and broken trust makes us build walls that will not let us fall for such games again.Word choice and flow make the impact of the deep and emotionally expressive. I liked your entire poem but Best lines I like are:

Beautifully written funny poem about how a kid would be happy to be invisible. All those little pranks and naughty mistakes would never be found and all the kids would love to be unseen. Well, I wish to be invisible at times to just escape from reality. Very lovely and funny words are used with a flawless flow and rhyme scheme. Well written.

I like this passage here because I can relate to my situations and emotions at present. Just yesterday I wrote a poem about expressing pain without using the word pain or hurt and I think this passage is way much better than mine. You have great imagination and creativity and of course the experiences of pain will surely bring out the best in a writer, that's what I believe. I like to read stories and poems that are connected to emotions and this is one such passage. The word choice you have used here is just excellent and the flow is flawless and the ending is just perfect.

Hello Cindy Lazor,

This is a nice poem about how we cannot always predict and judge the ways of nature. Surely mother nature has the power to give and take. There are no spelling errors, word choice is good and the flow of the entire poem is also good too. The second line of the second stanza feels a bit odd for me, must be because both "rejoiced" and "had fun" are in one tense while"bath" is in another different tense in the line "The people rejoiced, bath, and had fun." Hope my comments and suggestions help you.

This is a nice passage about our responsibilities and how we are responsible for what we do and say. Just a few suggestions and comments for you, "god" should be written as "God" . You have titled the passage as "Speak before you think" and actually written about "thinking before speaking" was it done on purpose because it is a little misleading to the reader. A true poem about how the choices we make end up wrong and to come out of those situations we have no way out but to go through it because we realise too late. After we have gone through such tough situation we regret and but we also feel that we have learned a life's experience. Again we are faced with choices and now we take all our wits and care to choose the right one, but we can never know if its the right one of not. The theme of the poem is good, flow is good, little more work could have been done in spacing and punctuation. Hope this helps.
